Sep 19, 2013 · If it is for another Turbine product, you can create a new account or link your LOTRO SUBSCRIPTION to your exisitng account. Check support.turbine.com for "how" to add a subscription to an existing account. You may have to submit a Ticket to Turbine (support.turbine.com) or call them, to get things straightened out.

Currently Lotro players are unable to track the status of their support tickets. Tickets are still being processed, however you will not be able to check the status of your ticket. As Turbine has announced this issue will be restored in the future. Tags: lotro

You'll probably need to call Turbine support to resolve this. Yeah, I saw that I have to send them a ticket saying I need a free account key. Never have I had to deal with something like this before but, whatever, says it could take 3-4 days so guess I'll make an alt account for now.
