Sep 19, 2013 · If it is for another Turbine product, you can create a new account or link your LOTRO SUBSCRIPTION to your exisitng account. Check support.turbine.com for "how" to add a subscription to an existing account. You may have to submit a Ticket to Turbine (support.turbine.com) or call them, to get things straightened out.

Jul 25, 2014 · For what I can gather, this is related to old Turbine accounts and LOTRO F2P (2011 onwards), for instance from Dungeons & Dragons Online or similar. You should contact the support, asking a new activation to be added to your account. Did it some minutes ago, I will update as soon as I hear from Turbine support.
