Nov 23, 2008 · actually according to the support matrix heterogeneous 3-way NDMP is supported with both IBM TSM 5.4 and 5.5 for DART 5.5 and 5.6 with the only restriction that VBB isnt supported. heterogeneous meaning that the data destination (tape) is not a Celerra but the TSM server

Dec 08, 2012 · However I've found no statement about the deletion of individual NDMP backup images. For non-NDMP data deletion of individual file is achievable and supported from a BA Client whose corresponding NODE entry on the TSM server is configured with BACKDELETE=YES. For NDMP data this doesn't seem to be the case.
