It’s completely doable for any casual player who wants to have fun (don’t flame it until you try it).

I simply prefer and do much better playing with a controller, and for anyone looking to play with one as well be warned: TRIBES DOES NOT HAVE CONTROLLER SUPPORT, unlike many games out there. If you plug in a gamepad, 360 controller, etc., the key mappings won't correspond to traditional controls, and will be unusable.

Also, don't expect to find a lot of advice about emulating a PS3 controller as a 360 controller to be used in a game currently in closed beta designed for mouse+keyboard >.> The controller works fine without any kind of special setup, I'm just confused as to what keybindings are the most important I guess.

Apr 01, 2013 · i think any game has its own style of play u cant play pes13 wit keyboard as well tribes:ascend or Cod 4 with controller huh. sure you can. some do all the time, i used to play sports games and racing games with my keyboard and mouse all the time. got used to it. but i do prefer controller for racing games, and sports games.
