Yes, please contact support to switch your account service. If you have an active subscription you must cancel your subscription. Then once your account is switched you can add credit manually each month or start a new subscription. Can I travel with BTGuard?

The proxy will not change your browser IP, it only covers your torrent IP. Other websites such as ip-lookup, whatismyip etc. only checks for your browser IP. Please use the instructions for CheckMyTorrentIP below to check that your torrent IP was changed.
