You need to append.git to the repository_dir : repository_dir = /srv/git/myrepo. The issue has been fixed in #11297 for the forthcoming Trac 1.0.2. I also recommend against using the [trac] repository_dir option since it is deprecated and will be removed in the next major release of Trac #11703.
