May 12, 2008 · TPG Support after many hours and me telling them what to look for, say it still shows up as though I have a modem set to ADSL2 not ADSL2+ and say they can't do much until I change it, 2 more tech supports later, they still don't understand that on my side whilst isolated, it's SET TO ADSL2+ !!! They insist I need a new modem *pouts*
