Jul 27, 2019 · I have a Toshiba laptop (system one in my specs below). The bios skips the 'F2 for bios, F12 for boot menu' screen if you are resuming from hibernation. Windows 10's Fast Startup is a form of hibernation, so you either have to turn it off, or use Restart from the power button when you want to see the bios options.
