I don't think it's a good idea to go dual pistol or even bow with Outlander if you want to play Elite. Elite is really tough, everything takes a lot longer to kill and if you don't have the damage, i's not gonna be fun. 2 builds that I would recommend is Mad-Genius and Glaive Outlander.Here are some videos to show the difference in power between Dual Pistol and Glaivelander.
