T mobile sucks, i have contacted them several times do to my phone opening apps, freezing, battery and phone getting hot, no signal. I went to one of there stores to tell them about my problem and was called a liar by a manager then he told me to call loyalty department and telll them i was leaving and they could give me a new phone but dont say anything wink wink, not.1.8/5(17)

Aug 28, 2019 · The 24 hours have gone by and I contacted again the support. The support told me that the fraud department called me at my "non activated number" as they did not know I could not answer and than put in their notes that the customer should go again to the store to again verify the identity again while calling them.
