    Timico also has the largest amount of "hops" I've ever seen for an ISP. This varies between five and seven hops before leaving the Timico network. All this can result in an optical service feeling like a slow connection, especially viewing complex websites. Support service is polite but getting truthful or accurate information is like pulling teeth.
