Dec 30, 2014 · The thing is that I can see the printer (HP Laserjet P1005) from my Mac but I don't know how to add it to my windows. On a previous PC I added a printer to the time capsule's IP 192.168.1.2 and printed with a considerable delay that way. As you can see I don't understand how networks work, how IP's work, or how ports work in this matter.

Dec 27, 2014 · I ran into problems connecting my Brother HL-2270DW model to an Apple Airport Time Capsule router when my wireless network SSID was hidden. Making the SSID visible and re-running the above process worked for me (pushing the button on the back of the printer for less than 2 seconds, then selecting "Add WPS Printer" in the Airport Utility).

Jan 04, 2009 · All the Macs on the network can print to it as a shared printer just fine. The Windows machine uses the Time Capsule for internet access, it can use the hard drive, and Bonjour on the Windows machine finds the printer and seems to set everything up.
