Nov 26, 2015 · On a SharePoint 2013 Server we set up a Document Library. Assigned to this library is a Sharepoint 2013 list workflow which is to be triggered on creation of a new element as well as on change. If a standard folder or a Document is being created, the Workflow starts as usual. If I create a new Document Set, the workflow does not start at all!
