Dec 21, 2016 · I can't install new version because Windows Installer is finding some remnant of an older version. It does not show in my list of programs in Control Panel. Running Fix-it to uninstall does not list OverDrive Media Console, but if I select Not Listed, it asks for a Product Code for it. The OverDrive people say they don't know what that is.
