You either have a very old computer or a recent one with a limited processor. There really isn't much you can do other than get another computer as that one is really not worth upgrading.

Aug 02, 2017 · I have an AMD Phenom II X6 1100T which supports SSE, SSE2 and SSE3, but I get a warning each time I start the game: "Unsupported CPU detected. CPU needs to support SSE, SSE2 and SSE 3." When I click OK the game starts and runs fine. What is this all about? Something wrong with my CPU? Or just a bug?
