Apr 19, 2018 · This System Does Not Support Full Screen Mode on Windows 10 Tablet. is there anyway to force Windows 10 on my Tablet to allow the use of Full Screen Mode for Dos programs. Don't give me any Compatibility Mode stuff I know how that works and already tried everything.

Right click on the icon, select 'Compatibility', tick Run this program in compatibility mode for...and start with XP. If that doesn't work, move down the line. Or conversely, you can just tick 'Run in 640x480 screen resolution to see it that at least gets the game to run.

"This system does not support full screen mode" ... Do you have any older operating system disks? This looks like it would be fixed with a VirtualPC environment - even though it's not officially supported you could install a VPC session running in DOS. But Any earlier Windows version would do.

Sep 13, 2011 · Thanks for comment but the DOSBOX is not all, DOSBOX have little problem with dos resident applications like Print2File or Persian Printer Converters. DOSBOX is a DOS Emulator for games and that's not fully supported of networking and printing and DOS office applications. In this situations you need to have a FreeDOS, DR. DOS or MS-DOS yet.

And it’s true; the Windows Vista Display Driver Model (WDDM) precludes support of the necessary video mode. There is a kind of solution, and it’s even recommended by Microsoft.

On Win 7, the ALT+Enter hotkey never worked for full screen, although, there is a hack that you could try. After you get the Command Prompt Window, at the C:> prompt type: wmic Press Enter Now use the Maximize button in the upper right corner In Win 7 you get a full screen.
