You will also need a graphics card driver that supports OpenGL. Mac and Unix/Linux systems include OpenGL drivers as standard, but PC-based systems do not.

There's a huge thread about it with hundreds of posts in the official game forum, and the devs reproduced the problem and said that was Nvidia driver fault.
