This steps caN help in fixing the issues. This were actually provided in the intellij support site. Navigate to settings -> plugins. Uncheck all the plugins that were giving the errors (they were red in my list) -> apply changes -> close settings

Jan 17, 2008 · I assume that the LGPL was adopted to make sure that non-free software would be able to use the autopackage framework. Not everything autopackage is under the LGPL. We have licensed the tools that we provide under the GPL, and use the LGPL for the necessary support code that is part of each package.
