As far as I'm aware, Telstra does not advertise or market any of its USB modems as being compatible for use with Linux, so I think it is safe to assume Telstra will provide neither Linux drivers (or other software) nor technical support for getting the devices working with Linux.

Solved: Telstra Air works 100% on this windows 10 laptop. Trouble is that it's not my main laptop. Most of the time I'm using a debian/ubuntu machine running LTS distributions. My Network - 676425

Am a NON-Technical or Technically-Challenged whilst very content linux user :-) Confirm most popular linux versions will automatically recognize the devices. All versions of LInux self tried each have forums which are very helpful for any problems. Currenly using opensuse 12.1 . My telstra devices all work fine.
