We watched as they slowly broke promise after promise. We never got an RCA (or an adequate explanation) of the quarterly throughput slowdowns we'd get.

Tegile helped us through the process and gave us significant discounts on the higher performing units. We finally zeroed in on a T3700 and are very happy with it. We have stuck with iSCSI while we wait for some of the finer points to be ironed out in 3rd party SMB3 HV Cluster support. WS2016 may be bringing some of those solutions as well.
