We both have Teamviewer Remote apps installed. My Remote version is 13.2.110220 CL and my friend's version is 13.2.9356 CL (They're both latest updates.) My friend is trying to log in to my device via Remote. I gave my friend my Quick Support ID but she's not hearing any audio.

Cannot get any sound to come from the remote computer. tested on other computers and no sound works either. tried reinstalling TV, restarting computer, and even manually removing all registry entries. Both computers run Windows 10, and any incomming connections have sound working fine.
