According to KB #322970 this indicated that the user doesn't have enough permissions in one or both domains. I'm using Administrator account which has Full Admin permissions in both Domains? You create your sourcedomain$$$ group and deny write access to everyone. and with that done, you get a big ol’ access denied. And if the source domain administrators limit access to that group, over deny to it, or what ever, they have the control to prevent that API from running.
