Jan 12, 2020 · UPDATE: This morning I did get a real response from a real person who was able to confirm that they will repair my amp under warranty and also cover return shipping. It shouldn't have come to this, though, and I stand by my assertion that there are serious concerns with the new way TC is doing customer service.

Nov 07, 2011 · To top it off, the customer support at TC Electronic is awful. This could be remedied if they had some good documentation, but right now, there’s nothing. Technically, there are times when the TonePrint Editor and the pedal don’t sync up when connected by the USB cable, but I’m sure that’s in the manual, somewhere.2.6/5(78)

Aug 06, 2009 · I actually had a very good customer support experience with TC Electronics. My SK48 went dead. I e-mailed them about it and they replied promptly with a RA #. I sent them the unit and had a new replacement unit in less than 2 weeks. David B
