Update as of November 12th, 2018. Per David Staudt - "Win2016 server is not supported for CUCM 10.5 TSP. No plan to support it as 10.5.2 will be announced end of sale soon when 12.5 comes out in Jan 2018".

I use a CRM application called Connectwise. It supports TAPI Sources for dialing. I've installed the RingCentral Desktop app for windows, but it does not seem to install itself as a "TAPI Source" in windows. Is RC supported as a Tapi source?

Dec 07, 2015 · Windows 10 TAPI I have a LSI PCI-SV92EX Soft Modem with the latest drivers and Windows reports that the device is working properly and I am able to communicate with the modem, it returns an OK for the initialization string AT+VCID=1 and the software displays the incoming call alert but does not populate it with the number, it just says N/A.
