Jul 29, 2013 · PBX is pretty current & meant to be compatible with all Windows up to & inc windows 7 64bit so really would have thought 8 should be OK. Have installed same PBX TAPI software on another window 7 64bit & all works fine so something on WIndows 8 is messing with this.

Oct 09, 2013 · I have a problem with a TAPI application under Windows 8 that has no problems running in Windows 7. I am installing the Avaya tapi 2.0 driver from their IP Office suite, which does install fine and the Avaya Phone Manager Lite does see the phone system after setting the option in the tapi device.
