Oct 17, 2005 · I ordered the products in June and had my grand opening Oct 1st. Well, the tech support is only 1 month then you have to pay for it. $250.00 for 1 year. Most companies I know of offer free tech support service NOT NICHESOFT! Leads me to believe they know there is problems and make money off tech support issues!

Feb 17, 2007 · I am waiting to see the software that NOVA uses, they said they have PC charge too, my aplplication is being processed. We were going to buy there software so we can run credit cards via internet. We bought Tantrack in Nashville, we just installed it, I was holding off on buying tech support because it would of ate up several months before we open.
