Feb 07, 2007 · I have also hard reset his phone and set it to sync with my profile successfully. He can sync successfully from his cradle. His Outlook Mobile Services are all enabled. (I have disabled then reenabled them). He is using Windows Mobile 5.0 and ActiveSync 4.2, as am I. I have 5 XV6700 phones out there and they all sync successfully except him.
