I also tried it with her credentials manty times trying different forms of product and version information but we could not achive to create our support case. I think ıt should not be so hard for creating a support case for a product with a valid support aggreement.

Nov 08, 2010 · At this time we do not have information about when an R2 version might be available. Symantec has not had an R2 version of this product available through TechSoup previously. At this time, the Symantec Enterprise products are Not For Resale versions so options like upgrading to a different version would not be available.
