Just wanted to share that after a lot of time wasted on trying to get BlackBerry Blend to connect to my Z10, "can't connect" or "unable to connect", both on WIFI and on USB, this worked for me. I am using Windows 7 64bit. The issue is that Symantec Endpoint Protection (notably the firewall component "Network Threat Protection"), does not support IPv6, SO IT JUST BLOCKS IT.

Oct 10, 2012 · I have found two different rules in SEP's Network Threat Protection and either one blocks Directaccess. The first is a pretty clear "disable Teredo" rule that I have found put into place by default on some clients. And the other is a "disable IPv6" rule which also kills it.

Apr 19, 2017 · I have 10 brand new Dell Inspiron computers running Windows 10 Home. Installed Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.0.2349, Firefox 52 and now 53. Firefox won't open any websites and appears to be locked up while Chrome and Edge work fine. The only way I can get Firefox to work is to uninstall the SEP 14. Obviously not a good solution for my company.
