a) Call Sybase Support before 8:00 AM EST you get a off shored resource who can barely speak a word of English. b) Very little if any documentation for concise troubleshooting issues in regards to SAP ASA and IQ products. And when we call Sybase support, we either have the issue resolved by the time Sybase gets back to us or were told to upgrade.
