Mar 31, 2012 · Final Fantasy XI and XIV support them and they work perfectly fine. I fact, I would rather play them with a controller than without so I'm sure proper controller support for TOR is possible. What do you guys think? I don't mind playing with a K/M, but sometimes I would rather just play with a controller.

So my question is, can I use my 360 controller to play this game? Thanks. This isn't KotOR 3, and it was not designed with a controller in mind so it doesn't directly support one. That said, I've heard a couple people say they like using a controller for it and to try either Xpadder or Joy2key.

First thing, you need a controller / gamepad that works with windows. I am using a power Xbox 360 controller although any gamepad will work. Next you’ll need a program that will allow you to map keys to the buttons on the gamepad as SW:TOR does not support the use of gamepads.
