Oct 21, 2015 · Another idea if you wanted some technical assistance might be to purchase a per incidence extended support plan. This would give you 72 hours with Summa Technical Support to try and resolve this issue. The cost for the per incidence plan is only $39, and you can purchase this plan by contacting Summa Customer Service at (800)527-7778.

Feb 12, 2013 · Just purchased a used 48 Summa D120 at a close out sale. Try to connect via USB port and it seems to disable the port. Tried the cable off of my graphtec and it does the same thing. Downloaded usb drivers off the summa site and it doesnt help. Happen to anyone else?

Oct 12, 2015 · I have a Summa T750. I was working fine on my laptop with Windows 8 until I updated my computer and it installed 8.1. When I open Summa Cutter Tools and try to do anything that would manipulate the plotter the computer would freeze up and the computer would give me the "blue screen of death" and restart.

Jun 19, 2017 · just seen a deal for a summa D60 - any opionions on this machine? he said hes only had it a year, ive read they no longer produce this cutter so has me concerned, also does it contour cut, anyone used it to do so? thanks

Sep 10, 2015 · The cutters are built in Belgium and are absolutely rock solid. They also offer free lifetime live tech support regardless of who owns them. Aug 05, 2010 · Hello! Thank you for information! Yes it is like the one at the picture. Summa support told me (e-mail) I should treat my D 610 as a D 750. I bought a cable with USB in one of the ends (to the computer) and in the other end it is possible to attach to the serial port on the plotter.
