Apr 10, 2018 · Again, like the songs of beatmania, the songs of the beatmania IIDX and the songs of pop'n music, I do not want them to be in simfile format, in this case I want them to be GDA and DTX. Because Stepmania does not support these formats, it must be suggested that for these songs to be playable, the use of DTXMania is required.

Stepmania support for IIDX style charts is a bit lacking, though this is more important for community made songs/charts than official ones. If you plan on playing primarily IIDX style, you would be better served over at r/lunaticrave2 and using that program instead, since afaik there is only one SM skin designed for IIDX charts.
