I am trying to contact SteelSeries support about getting a product repaired. I am not trying to make a warranty claim. As far as I can tell there are two ways to contact SS, both from their site, either "Open a ticket" or "Open RMA case".

I have a MSI GE63VR 7RF Raider; an update popped up for steel series 3 this morning. Updated and then the new windows 10 1803 updates started as well. Finished everything and clicked in to steel series and was told that the keyboard was disconnected.
