In the Steam client the support functions don't work. I'm unable to get beyond Step 1 after making all choices from the pull down menus. Nothing at all happens to get to Step 2 and I can't find an actual "Contact Us" link to get around this to contact an actual Steam support person.
Why is Steam down? If it is a Tuesday at around 16:00 Pacific time then it is probably scheduled maintenance, otherwise I don't know. What if I get the message "The Steam servers are currently down for routine maintenance." but it isn't Tuesday?
