It's really simple to cancel a pre-order in steam, just go to the steam website login Not through Steam Client and then click on recent steam store transactions.

Its as simple as that. If you cancel your preorder then epic games will win. Steam is their major competition, so if you cancel your preorder, they win. Just because Epic Games paid deep silver a bunch of money to have the game exclusive on their store doesnt mean steam and deep silver has to suffer.
