Sep 07, 2008 · Some include the income if a parent remarries. Some states have better enforcement agencies. Those are the states with the highest child support collection rates. You can get child support moved to your own state but both agencies have to agree to it. The state where it is now will fight that unless there is a REALLY good reason.
