Dec 28, 2009 · Logic crashes at the splash-screen exactly when it shows "Starting up EuCon Support". When I remove EU Control Software everything is back to normal again. I tried software version 1.2.1 & 1.2.4 with firmware update but the problem remains.

I'm sure EUCON would be good at this but I wouldn't properly know until I understood exactly how that process flows. Maybe PT hasn't paid the same attention to cleaning up PT's HUI integration as Logic seems to have done.

I did an update from 10.7.4 directly to 10.8.4. Have been thinking about doing a fresh install, but need to hunt around here for a spare HDD - I'll give that a go over the next few days and let you know.

Jul 29, 2014 · Initially I had the case that ProTools and Eucon ran fine, but Logic crashed upon starting Eucon everytime it displayed 'Starting Up EuCon Support'. so I did many days of testing and testing to no avail to get this working (see problem 1 below). until I realised that my app Store was not logging in.

Aug 19, 2014 · Eucon starts up, sees the Mix and is recognized by Logic on the splash screen. But then the Mix just sits there. I've tried the fixes I've found on the forums. Downgrading EuCon software, firmware, startup sequence, manually starting Eucon etc. Nothing. Just the green bars on the Mix. $1300 of useless.
