Starhub do support for VoLTE, in SmartSurf HD plans. But for 4G plans, it also depend on the handset on whether it do support VoLTE. Upon getting a Samsung Galaxy S6, there are 2 arrors point different direction. The Samsung staff promoter told me that the handset support VoLTE as indicate 2 arrows on the notification bar.
