Called sprint back another 2 hrs I was called a thief and a replacment was sent out. Three weeks later the same problem after a few other minor ones and I am onto my 4th Centro and they STILL refuse to send me a different phone to replace the Centro all together. Make em send you a new one as this is a KNOWN and documented PALM problem!
