Jun 15, 2017 · Spiceworks does not support multiple email addresses, it can only pull in emails from a single mailbox (aliases are not supported). Ticket rules in combination with keywords/subjects or pre-completed/hidden fields on the portal submission can help you here, but submission by email would need specific things - the portal is your friend.
