Bought 3 pair to try the gel vs foam Spenco Total Support Insoles. I like them both a lot but am thinking the gel insoles may become my favorites. I like the metatarsal pads. I wear them for high arches and metatarsal pain. Lots of walking outdoors and inside on concrete.5/5
