I am with the women health physio department at my local hospital. Every week they put on a stability class for ladies who are suffering from spd ante and post natal - my SPD was so bad that during the pregnancy I couldn't go but the hope is that with the stability classes if I do get pregnant again it will not put me in a wheelchair again.
