BRAVIA is a TV brand. PS4 Is a gaming console with an actual full scale OS (not that the Bravia TVs dont have one). Thing is NTFS is a Microsoft thing hence Sony needs to buy a license if they wanna use it in their products. Because this has not happened due ti reasons that don't really matter in our case the PS4 only supports FAT32 exFAT etc.
