Feb 01, 2016 · As I said, metadata for WAV files is non-standard, so therefore I can't say what the differences between those that can be seen and those that can't. Assumedly, the tags are either not getting read by Sonos because they are in other non-standard fields, or they are a resolution and/or bit-depth Sonos does not support (i.e. 96KHz/24-bit files).

Jun 13, 2019 · Sonos is no longer able to supoort playing content stored on iPhones and iPads, as a result of changes Apple has made to iOS. The Sonos app for iOS will still be supported for playing all other sources. Go ahead and sell. You will be the loser and someone else will benefit.

Jan 14, 2014 · I ripped all my CD's to Nero (.NRG) files well before i purchased any Sonos products. Sonos doesn't recognize or see these files so I can't play any of these music files. What lossless audio compressions does Sonos support? I guess I'm going to have to rip them all over in a different format.
