Nov 18, 2019 · SolarWinds' tech support is by far their weakest link. Our company is actually looking to possibly REPLACE SolarWinds because of all the issues we've experienced with tech support. Honestly, it's a great product, but there are lots of things that we need help on, and 6 months on an issue with zero results just doesn't cut it.
