Jun 24, 2013 · I haven't noticed problems running 3CX server into pure IPv6 local-area network (V11 on 64-bit MS Win 2008R2 Server) with PCs running latest 3CX softphone 6 on Win 7. I have a customer using also Microsoft IPv6 remote connectivity called DirectAccess for connecting his remote computers to headquarters and using 3CX Phone on them without any issues.

Nov 24, 2014 · This is a classic DirectAccess iPV6 to IPV4 translation issue. I have this EXACT issue with my Cisco UC softphone. Even though when I'm on DA and I can ping the server the phone will not connect. It's not until I connect via the VPN that my softphone will begin to work and it just appears that the application isn't IPV6 aware / compatible.
