Apr 09, 2019 · DTMF is not supported in group calls, only one to one calls. Subtitles turn the call into a group call. This is why a new call has to be initiated. Until such support is added to group calls, it will not work if any feature (like subtitles) takes the call out of one to one.

After you connect to the remote party as a peer, merge this call into the conference call.
