By the way, check your SiteScope preferences to make sure you do not use references to the old resources. The most correct way to fix all mentioned issues is to reinstall your new sitescope instance to the same directory as before:

If finally you confirm this Operation Agent is from HP OM and not from SiteScope, the steps to fix this are: 1- Delete event Integration. 2- Reinstall Operation Agent from SiteScope tools. 3- do the integration again. I know is little bit tricky uninstall and install the integrations, but is the only way to fix the problem.

One thing i would like to share is, the user which i am using to login on the VM and install Sitescope is added in administrator group but on the VM when i try to run "regedit" it says that i do not have permission to do so. It is becuase of this reason Sitescope 11.31/11.33 installer is not able to check the registeris for 11.30?

May 18, 2019 · If you do not see the message in the Event Console/Browser: Run command line: opcmsg a=a o=o msg_t=xxx. If the command is not available, something went wrong with the process so far (either the certificate or the policies does not work). Try to install the policies again, and if the same problem occurs contact Software Support.
