Mar 21, 2017 · Can't attach documents in Outlook Web App after Silverlight updated I use Outlook Web App for work email and after Silverlight updated last week, I cannot attach files anymore. I have tried logging in different internet providers as well.

Do you want to access outlook application from Silverlight? If this is the case, then it is not possible as Silverlight is a web based client and cannot access location applications (At least directly wihtout tweeking things). If you want to provide a link which should open user's default mail client then mailto URL should work.
